Christmas Event 2020

During the event period (21/12/2020 - 04/01/2021) we will run two events.

Event 1:

While hunting monsters you can find parts of the Christmas tree and various fireworks.
The tree parts can be used to assemble to a Christmas tree.

You can place the Christmas tree with a message and recipient attached.

• The tree cannot be placed inside the safezone.
• Message should not contain bad language.

Event 2:

Parts of the Socks Pattern can be found while hunting monsters.
Put all nine pieces together in the correct order to make the Socks Pattern.




You can search inside the Socks Pattern to find a variety of items.

• Blue Drop (Quantity: 5-10) - Common
• Blue Drop 2 (Quantity: 4-10) - Uncommon
• Blue Bird (Quantity: 2-5)  -  Uncommon
• Premium Card 3 Day (Quantity: 1) -  Uncommon
• Luck Hourglass 1 Day (Quantity: 1) - Uncommon
• Premium Card 7 Day (Quantity: 1) - Rare 
• Luck Hourglass 1 Day (Quantity: 2)  - Rare 

The odds of finding parts of the Socks Pattern is doubled when hunting in Lake Timor.


Restrictions:

• The Socks Pattern item cannot be dropped or traded to other players.
• Rewards are time-limited. They cannot be traded to other players.

Market item time compensation

Players whose accounts were suspended and had an active Premium Card and/or Luck Hourglass will be compensated over the next few weeks as the accounts are being verified.

The compensation item(s) will be placed in the market cart.

Account investigation status update.

This notice is a status update on the current service suspension situation as described earlier here.

The first few accounts have been investigated and verified.

If you have contacted us and submitted information you will receive a response indicating the current status of your account(s).

The investigation process is still ongoing. 

Accounts belonging to players who have not submitted information are being investigated too. Note that in this case the investigation may take longer. It can be delayed further depending on the age of your account.

If your account was just newly created before the service suspension it's highly recommended to perform the steps described in the previous notice. This can speed up the verification process significantly. 

Note that if no e-mail address is on file we will not be able to contact you. In that case it's recommended to submit the account information or just patiently wait.
